If you have already gained several years of experience in a real estate company, then start with us as a Professional. You take over more responsibility step by step: You work independently on parts of projects and introduce newcomers in their areas of responsibility
With already established experience you work with us as a Senior Professional. You control mandates operatively and responsibly, are the contact person of key customers and assume responsibility for the acquisition of mandates.
As a project manager you already have solid experience in the processing of complex projects and mandates. You are both a sparring partner for our customers as well as a prudent mentor and professional coach for your colleagues.
You bear the sales and acquisition responsibility for your team. In addition you are responsible for the development of your division as a manager. You lead a team of several consultants and are responsible for the development of your employees as part of our annual target agreement process.
As Director you will take in addition to the leadership of a team the responsibility for the market development of your division. You acquire and support important key accounts and represent the company in public.
As Managing Director you are a member of the extended executive management and will bear responsibility for divisional as well as for specific issues. You acquire and maintain important key accounts, and you are responsible for the sales in your division, as well as for the staff structure and the human resources development.
In addition to the permanent “learning by doing”, we enable in dependence of your tasks (even) further qualifications. This also includes further education and training at external institutions. If the requirements ar fulfilled, you could study for example at the Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft (ADI) in Stuttgart respectively at the IREBS to become a real estate economist or you could do an apprenticeship to become an official expert and it comprises the accompaniment during the APC to become a Chartered Surveyor.
We have been actively involved in diverse working groups of the gif (Gesellschaft für Immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung e. V.) – dealing with definitions of the german office market, market analyses, sustainability and at last with human resource issues – to enhance standardization and professionalization in the real estate sector. We generally maintain an intensive dialogue and keep our knowledge up-to-date by participating in conferences and forums.
